Everyone is welcome at Pharma-Card!  There are no clubs to join or membership fees to pay.  We are open to all new patients. 

Transferring your prescriptions to Pharma-Card is easy!  Let our friendly staff do the work for you, and simply bring us a list of your medications or your prescription bottles from your current pharmacy.  We will have everything transferred for you!

We accept all private party insurance cards and all of the government programs, including Medicare Part D!  Many insurance plans allow for us to fill a 90 day supply for your convenience.  Check with your local Pharma-Card to see if your insurance will allow for this feature. 

No insurance?  We have low prescription cash prices! Please call us for pricing information.  We offer easy payment methods including cash, check, and all major credit cards.

Do you have expired or unwanted medications? Pharma-Card has teamed up with the Recycling and Waste Reduction District of Porter County to accept your expired or unwanted medications. All you have to do is bring us your medication in its original container, if possible. Use a black marker to mark out any personal information on your Rx label.  We will pass on these items to the county for proper and safe disposal.  Call us for more details.
